National Running Day

I was going to post this yesterday but after my unexpected run life happened. Busy busy.

I thought I was taking the day off from running. It started off wet. When that sun came out I couldn't resist. We spent the gorgeous afternoon at the park and squeezing a short run around the neighborhood. I've never tried to photograph myself while running. There's a lot going on.

Watch for traffic.

Push the stroller.

Keep pace.

Keep form.
