Skip the Orange Ginger Quinoa. It's not going into regular meal rotation anytime soon. The fish patties were delicious. Always a hubby pleaser. We were short on bread crumbs and salmon, so I crushed some crackers and threw in some tuna. I was worried about the combo, but they turned out tasty.
The 'To Do' list is not complete so I cannot post a picture of a scribbled, marked up, chewed on, crumpled piece of paper. I can, however, transfer the remaining item (only one!) to my 'To Do' list for this week. I jotted my goals down there as well. Unfortunately, I did not get as much stretching, ab work, or sleep in as I had aimed.

She was a mighty bird. Provided three adult dinners, a lunch, and a tray of baby food.
